STRATEGY

Renovate an existing home where the homeowner’s previous renovation was incomplete and did not meet expectations.

EXECUTION

For this project, we approached the home with open minds and hearts, ready to help the homeowner resolve both design and structural issues. After spending significant time and money with a previous contractor, our goal was to bring the home to its intended vision without exceeding the budget alongside Schneider Building Company.

We guided decisions to refresh architectural details, such as the cast limestone fireplace, updated wall colors, and new furnishings. The kitchen received a redesign with new tile, hardware, and a custom range hood, bringing the space up to code. We also refreshed the bedrooms and bathrooms with new paint, wallpaper, and furnishings. What was once an incomplete construction zone has now been transformed into a cozy, welcoming home for the family to enjoy.
